Name:The name of your ability
General Description: This is the description of what your ability does in general.
Requirements Of Use: This would be if there is a requirment to use your ability. [Ex. Rip Van Winkle needed bullets to shoot them in that special way.]
Specific Techniques: These are techniques that your ability can preform. [Ex. Zorin's memory manipulation that caused the distraction which allowed her to distract people long enough to attack them.]
[NOTE] YOU MAY ONLY HAVE A F.R.E.A.K WEAPON/ABILITY IF YOU ARE IN FACT A F.R.E.A.K. ALSO IF YOU ARE A F.R.E.A.K. YOU GET TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THE ABILITY AND THE SUPER WEAPON.
