Section 1 V A M P I R E S
\_Subsection 1: C A T E G O R Y
    Article 1: Category F.
This vampire is the lowest rank of vampire possible. They have no tolerance to wooden stakes, silver bullets, or blessed bullets. They are turned to ash when they are touched by the sun. They must sleep during the day and keep a low profile from Vampire hunters.

    Article 2: Category D.
These Vampires can stay in direct contact with the sun for three posts. As they are in the sun, their powers are massively crippled. They are turned to ash if they stay out too long{three posts} and have no tolerance to silver bullets or blessed bullets.

    Article 3: Category C.
These vampires are the first step to becoming the strongest vampire possible. They are bothered by direct sunlight, and are irritable because of it. They can stand in the sun for a longer time{five posts}, however, their powers are crippled heavily. They need excessive use in Silver tipped or Blessed bullets.

    Article 4: Category B.
This is the next step of Vampire. They are slightly irritable by the sun and can stay out for a longer time than the previous category {ten posts}. Silver tipped bullets and blessed bullets have no affect alone. They must be shot by both or a combination bullet to be affected.

    Article 5: Category A.
These are the second highest available category. They are less affected by sunlight {Can remain in it for fifteen posts}. Silver tipped Bullets and Blessed bullets do not do anything on their own. Next, You need to, excessively, use combination bullets to harm or destroy Category A vampires.

    Article 6: Mavado Vampires.
These are the highest attainable category. They are not affected by Wooden stakes, sun, blessed bullets, or silver tipped. Combination bullets do not affect them either. no traditional means affect the Mavado. The only such tried and tested tactic that may endanger and eliminate a Mavado vampire is a wooden stake to the heart.

\_Subsection 2: P O W E R S
Article 1: Category F.

These Vampires have no real special abilities. They are able to have telepathy between those who turned them into a vampire, Able to regenerate. Can only use superfical regeneration, however, it takes at least 5 posts for small wounds. Full limbs are a good 10 posts.

Section 2 R E G E N O R A T O R S
Regenerators are a creation of the Vatican, so they are an Iscariot exclusive race. A Regenerator is what Father Anderson is in the OVA, and Manga. They have the ability to regenerate severed limbs, digits, even decapitated heads. They are fast, and agile to boot. Not to mention, they have heightened strength, and reflexes that only improves as time goes on. It takes a regenerator that is on the same level of Anderson only one post to regenerate small wounds, and regenerate from from severed limbs/decapitation.

Section 3 H U M A N S
A human is what works in an office from nine to five, and leads a dull, boring life. However, some humans are more useful, for they were employed are have been employed in an occupation that can help rid the world of the undead. Humans have no real abilities, but can have learned combat skills that would help a good amount in the defeat of a vampire, or ghoul, or Lycan, etc. It goes without saying that humans cannot regenerate their severed digits, or limbs, requiring them to be very careful in the battlefield, especially ones that involve any kind of vampire.

Section 4 C Y B O R G S
A Cyborg is a human turned into part, or mostly machine. The mechanical implementation can be internal or external. Their abilities can range from a wide array of anything. However, like all mechanical devices, there has to be some compromise in ability. They never age. They never die. [unless you count break downs.] This is a race that requires a good amount of imagination, and skill in role-play.

Section 5 L Y C A N T H R O P E S
Lycanthropes, they are werewolves. A prime example of an elder lycan would be Hans. Their fatal weakness is silver, but their abilities, is much like a vampires, enhanced speed, strength, reflex, etc. It takes a Lycan the same amount of time that it takes a Regenerator to regenerate. [One post for wounds and severed limbs.

Section 1 F R E A K S
FREAKS are humans made vampires through the use of an experimental circuit-board, or chip. They have heightened perception, reflex, stamina, strength, endurance. To a real vampire, these FREAKS are easy prey, and require little effort to defeat. A low level FREAK cannot regenerate severed limbs, and will take about 5 posts to heal from minor wounds*

*Minor wounds are things like gunshots, stabs, etc.

Vampires:

This is a cost based system. Depending on what rank of vampire you are, you will be given a limited amount of points. These points will be spent on the following and a point on one is a point lost on another category. 1 point is the equivelant to being a category up in each specific field. So here are the point values for each category of vampire that you can spend on.

Category F-20 points [No skill can be above Category B]
Category D-38 points [No skill can be above Category A]
Category C-58 points [Can have only 1 Mavado ranked skill]
Category B-74 points [Can have only 3 Mavado ranked skills]
Category A-94 points [Can have up to 7 Mavado ranked skills]
Mavado Vampire- [Mavado on all skills]

Oh and obviously if you have nothing in the skill you cannot use the skill. Ok done and done. A skill will be marked if you require at least 1 point in the skill.

2. Holy Barriers and Consecration

•Unskilled: Cannot use the technique.

•Experienced: Can summon pages that can trap up to a category C. Vampire without the pages being removed. [By trap I mean that if they are in a house and the pages are on the doors they cannot use the doors.]

•Trained: Can summon pages that can trap up to a category B. Vampire without the pages being removed. Can use these pages to attach physically to a Vampire in order to prevent the movement of a certain limb or digit. [Ex. A paper gets slapped onto a Vampire's wrist and the Vampire loses the use of that wrist until a post later if they make an effort to remove the paper.]

•Advanced: Can summon pages that can trap up to a category B. Vampire without the pages being removed. Can use these pages to attach physically to a Vampire in order to prevent the movement of a certain limb or digit. Can use the pages to teleport away and back to the Iscariot base if they have a full two posts to prepare the teleportation.

•Master: Can summon pages that can trap up to a category B. Vampire without the pages being removed. Can use these pages to attach physically to a Vampire in order to prevent the movement of a certain limb or digit. Can use the pages to teleport away and back to the Iscariot base if they have a full one posts to prepare the teleportation. Also can create a vampire ward in a building that can prevent up to C rank vampires from entering the building.

3.Enhanced Regeneration

•Unskilled: Can regenerate minor wounds in two posts, major wounds in five posts, lost limbs in seven posts and cannot heal from a lost head or heart.

•Experienced: Can regenerate minor wounds in a single post, major wounds in three posts, lost limbs in four posts and can heal from either a lost head or heart in ten posts but if both are lost they cannot regenerate.

•Trained: Can regenerate minor wounds within a post [Ex. Can regenerate instantly], major wounds in a single post, lost limbs in two posts and can heal from both a lost head or heart in five posts but not both. [Note if the one missing limb is a head that the body cannot move any longer only fall down and wait for the time to heal to be complete]

•Advanced: Can regenerate minor wounds within a post, major wounds within a post, lost limbs in a single post and can heal from both a lost head and heart at the same time in five posts. The only way to kill this level of regenerator is to remove all of the limbs from the torso and destroy the heart. [Note if the head is destroyed the body can only move for a single post after that before having to fall over and wait for the head to regrow.]

•Master: Can regenerate from minor wounds, major wounds and lost limbs within a post. Can heal from a lost head or a lost heart within a single post. [It is important at this level because a lost head means the body can still move on its own but it cannot percieve the world around it while the head is gone.] The only way to destroy a master regenerator is to completely destroy the entire body. [Ex. Melting or being burned to ash.]

The difference is that a blessing takes less time but are harder to preform and have different requirments. Also blessings cannot be seen so make sure before you pick up a weapon you know whether it has been through this process or not. Also just like inscriptions this cannot be done in battle. A blessing requires a 150 word post.]

Humans

Humans are a race of low damage reduction and low ability to deal with the pains of every day life let alone combat. Most humans have the combat skills lower than the other races but have the weapons and technology to make up for it.

Average-11 points [No skill can be above trained]
Abnormal-20 points [No skill can be above Advanced]
Superhuman- [Superhuman level on all skills]

1. Pain Tolerance.

•Average: Can tolerate pain at the level of the average human [If you get shot your not just gonna say ow and walk away. It is going to hurt like a bitch and you are going to go through some shit and pain.]

•Abnormal: Can tolerate pain at the level of a trained soldier who is pumping adrenaline. [If you get shot or stabbed it will hurt but and it will probably cause some hesitation in movements when pain is involved but its not as bad as regular level.]

•Superhuman: Can ignore pain as if catatonic. [Basically pain no longer is an issue at this level.]

2. Physical Durability.

•Average: Is of the average durability of a human. Pretty self explanatory.

•Abnormal: This is the level of durability that those well trained fighters are. Basically if you get punched by someone who isn't of the world's strongest man strength you are not going to take internal damage or external damage. Solid as a brick.

•Superhuman: This level of durability is unreal to most people. You can be shot with low powered guns [really low power] and stabbed with weak metals [weak as in like not even copper] and detour them from your body. Even when stabbed or shot the solified muscle can prevent the damage from going too far into your body.

3.Agility

•Average: Can move like any normal citizen on the street.

•Abnormal: Can move in ways that the professional acrobats would be able to match up with and the speed attached to this is enough to dodge bullets from semi automatic weapon fire if there is room enough to dodge and there isn't too much fire. [Like up to a couple of bullets a second with sufficient room. Like one bullet a second if there isn't.]

•Superhuman: Able to preform considerable feats of balance, coordination, and speed. Able to dodge machine gun bullet fire and high speed attacks with weapons up to a point of high level precision.

4.Superhuman Strength

•Average: This level is of the average strength of a body builder.

•Abnormal: This is your world's strongest man type of strength.

•Superhuman: This has the strength to punch through solid metal.

5.Superhuman Speed -[This is the max speed for short bursts of a maximum of two posts]

•Average: The speed of a fit and athletic person.

•Abnormal: The speed of an olympic athlete.

•Superhuman: The speed of a cheetah.

6.Superhuman Senses

•Average: that of an average human

•Abnormal: Senses heightened to double that of a normal human.

•Superhuman: Senses heightened to equal that of a Category C vampire.

7. Accuracy

•Average: This is the accuracy enough to hit a non moving target.

•Abnormal:Has the ability to precisely aim weapons that require aim [Such as a sniper rifle] while moving at speeds of up to 10 mph.

•Superhuman: Has the ability to precisely aim any weapon while moving at any speed up to 75 mph. [This includes while in vehicles as well as moving outside of vehicles.]

8. Inventions [All inventions must be made in a private topic. Small inventions require 300 words then afterwards, if repeated, require 150 words. For medium inventions that requires 750 words the first time and 300 words any time after for the same invention. Large inventions require 2,000 words the first time and 1,500 words any time after that. Ultimate inventions require 10,000 words the first time and 7,500 words any time after that. All inventions must be approved by an administrator. Note that small and large do not mean size but instead complexity.]

•Average: This is the level required to make small inventions like a pipe bomb or a science fair volcano in complexity.

•Abnormal: This is the level required to make all of your basic level inventions. Small level [pipe bomb] Medium level [car bomb] Large level [C4 filled dart].

•Superhuman: This level can make any type of invention. This includes ultimate inventions.

Cyborgs

Cyborgs are a special race created from humans by humans. Usually a part of the millennium organization Cyborgs have human-like minds and human-like traits however underneath it all they possess massive strength, massive endurance, incredible speed, and incredible accuracy. Howevering being robotic and unchangeable physically they have but only one level to function with.

1. Upkeep

•Cyborg: Cyborgs require an upkeep post with a doctor or a scientist every ten topics they take part in IC. This is just to make sure that everything about them is running smoothly. Cyborgs are not allowed to post ICly after every tenth topic without having an upkeep with either an npc or player doctor or scientist.

2. Superhuman Strength

•Cyborg: The Cyborg level of strength is beyond that in reach of a normal human. This is strong enough to grab two ends of solid aluminum and pull it apart as if it were a stick being ripped in half by a normal human. This by obvious means that they could rip apart anything that did not possess an enhanced body.

3. Pain resistance

•Cyborg: Cyborgs do not feel pain in any way shape or form. They can feel the sensory systems but they have no sense of how much pain they are going through. The effect of torturing a cyborg is the same as if you were torturing someone who was already dead [not undead]. Any damage done to them in battle is ignorable as far as feeling the pain.

4. Superhuman Speed

•Cyborg: Cyborgs have the capacity to run at high speeds without having to stop like the other races. They do not require other means of transportation being able to run at the speed of your average race car for sustained periods of time. [24 hours].

5. Superhuman Sensory

•Cyborg: Cyborgs have a superhuman sensory system built into their body. It is within their body that detects other living bodies and other cyborgs that are anywhere near it as well as detecting movement whenever any kind of movement is made. This is the most advanced and most fomidable combat skill of the cyborg because they can detect any movement from the smallest to the largest with their system devices and can detect movements at any speeds. This does not however mean they are fast enough to repsond to every movement, just fast enough to detect every movement.

6. Accuracy

•Cyborg: Cyborgs have an accuracy built into them, just like the sensory system. It is another great feat of being a cyborg because they rarely ever miss. It is as if they were the most accurate sharpshooters in the world without ever having trained. Each cyborg has the ability to precisely aim any weapon while moving at any speed up to 75 mph. [This includes while in vehicles as well as moving outside of vehicles.]

7. Rebuild/Reboot

•Cyborg: Cyborgs have the ability to while off screen [out of a topic] rebuild itself without having to post for it. It is assumed that they do this unless otherwise mentioned. Having the knowledge of how to do this built into their heads they are expert mechanics especially with their own bodies. However this cannot be done in a battle topic. Another thing about the Cyborgs is their ability to reboot their minds into a new body. If they have a scientist or a doctor npc or player they can make a new body and design said bodies appearance and put their mind into that body with a 1,000 word topic. If a cyborg is utterly destroyed the chip inside of their artificial brain area can be taken out and put into another body as well by either npc or player characters. The only way to kill a a cyborg is the break the circuit. The circuit can be broke by the destruction or removal of the head of the cyborg.

Lycanthropes

Lycans are the eternal enemies of vampires. Or so it says in legend. They have incredible strength that suprasses every other race but their other skills lack in power. They have regenerative powers equal to that of a regenerator which makes it hard to rival the punch that these wolves pack.

Transformation Rules: Cubs and Youths cannot transform by their own will. They need a stimulant such as a medicine from millennium or a full moon in order to activate their transformed state. Adults can transform by will once per three topics and elders have complete control of their transformation abilities.]

Cub-6 points [Can have no skill higher than youth]
Youth-13 points [Can have no skill higher than Elder]
Adult-21 points [Can have up to 3 Elder skills]
Elder-[All skills Elder Level]

[First off is the difference between a transformed Lycan and an non transformed Lycan. Also the ability to transform at will. The powers are greatly effected by the transformation process. The skills will be marked how powerful they are transformed and non transformed.]

1. Regeneration:
•Cub normal: has no regenerative powers.
•Cub transformed: Can regenerate minor wounds in two posts, major wounds in five posts, lost limbs in seven posts and cannot heal from a lost head or heart. [Note if silver touches this wolf it is dead.]

•Youth normal: Can regenerate minor wounds in two posts, major wounds in five posts, lost limbs in seven posts and cannot heal from a lost head or heart.
•Youth transformed: Can regenerate minor wounds in a single post, major wounds in three posts, lost limbs in four posts and can heal from either a lost head or heart in ten posts but if both are lost they cannot regenerate. [Note if silver pierces the thick skin in any way this lycan is dead.]

•Adult normal:Can regenerate minor wounds in a single post, major wounds in three posts, lost limbs in four posts and can heal from either a lost head or heart in ten posts but if both are lost they cannot regenerate.
•Adult transformed: Can regenerate minor wounds within a post [Ex. Can regenerate instantly], major wounds in a single post, lost limbs in two posts and can heal from both a lost head or heart in five posts but not both. [Note if the one missing limb is a head that the body cannot move any longer only fall down and wait for the time to heal to be complete. The only way an adult wolf can be healed is if its thick fur is pierced by silver. Once silver has touched its inner body the lycan dies.]

•Elder normal: Can regenerate minor wounds within a post, major wounds within a post, lost limbs in a single post and can heal from both a lost head and heart at the same time in five posts. [Note if the head is destroyed the body can only move for a single post after that before having to fall over and wait for the head to regrow.]
•Elder Transformed: Can regenerate from minor wounds, major wounds and lost limbs within a post. Can heal from a lost head or a lost heart within a single post. [It is important at this level because a lost head means the body can still move on its own but it cannot percieve the world around it while the head is gone.] The only way to destroy an elder lycan is to stab its heart with silver.]

2. Thick Fur

•Cub normal: No thickness or protection against attacks.
•Cub transformed: No thickness or protection against attacks.

•Youth normal: No thickness or protection against attacks.
•Youth transformed: Thickness enough to stop a weak attack or a low powere bullet from piercing the skin.

• Adult normal: Thickness enough to detour weak metals from the skin. [not as powerful as a youth transformed]
•Adult transformed: Thickness enough to stab medium powered stabs and medium powered bullets from piercing the skin. Can stop a high powered attack one time per area attacked.

•Elder normal: Thickness equal to that of a transformed adult.
•Elder transformed: Thickness enough to stop any high powered attack, except for one that is generate by explosive power or a repeated high power stabbing in the same spot.

3. Superhuman Strength.

•Cub normal: This is power equal to that of an adolescent human.
•Cub transformed: This power is equal to that of the world's strongest man.

•Youth normal: This power is equal to that of the average human adult male.
•Youth transformed: This power is enough to match a Cyborg's strength.

•Adult normal: This power is equal to tha to that of a transformed cub.
•Adult transformed: This power is enough to match a mavado vampire in strength alone.

• Elder normal: This power is strong enough to punch through a foot of aluminum without any resistance.
•Elder transformed: The most powerful thing, strength wise, in the world. The punch of a transformed elder could sever any limb from any race including its own. A transformed elder could punch through as much aluminum as his arm could reach as if it was paper. Only the elite of the defensive world can survive a hit from an elder transformed and that only once. [This includes other elder lycans].

4. Superhuman speed.

•Cub normal:The speed of a human toddler.
•Cub transformed: The speed of a very athletic human.

•Youth normal: The speed of a human adolescent.

•Youth normal: Has senses equal to that of a human adolescent.
•Youth transformed: Has senses that are double that of the average human.

•Adult normal: Has senses equal to that of a normal adult human.
•Adult transformed: has senes equal to that of a category C vampire.

•Elder normal: Has senses double that of an average human.
•Elder transformed: Has senses equal to that of a Category A vampire.

6. Innate Lycan Pack.

This is something that is not effected by transformed states.

•Cub: Can sense other lycans from 20 feet away.

•Youth: Can sense other lycans from 20 yards away.

•Adult: Can sense other lycans from 50 yards away.

•Elder: Can sense other lycans from 100 yars away.

F.R.E.A.K.
F.R.E.A.Ks are special because they have an ability. An ability that is all their own. [Ex. Alhambra's special cards or Rip Van Winkle's rifle]. These are usually based in a weapon with some underlying ability about the weapon or the person using it. F.R.E.A.Ks also have vampiric abilities in a limited sense however though their actual skills lack the ability that they are all granted makes up for the weakness. Species Information Empty Re: Species Information

How to gain/spend points in different categories.

Gaining points: This is the simplest part so I will begin there. Every time you rank up or level up you gain points to spend on different categories of your skills and that is the only way to gain points.

Spending points: This gets a little bit more tricky. As far as how do I get my points spent once I level up and how many do I get in each category and how do I pick and how far into each can I go. This gets a bit more tricky but this is why this post is around. Upon leveling or first creating your application this is where you should go in order to choose your skills and how advanced you are in every skill. The following types of characters have the following point amounts to choose from.

Vampires:
Category F-20 points [No skill can be above Category B]
Category D-38 points [No skill can be above Category A]
Category C-58 points [Can have only 1 Mavado ranked skill]
Category B-74 points [Can have only 3 Mavado ranked skills]
Category A-94 points [Can have up to 7 Mavado ranked skills]
Mavado Vampire- [Mavado on all skills]

Regenerators:
Unskilled-16 points [No skill can be above trained]
Experienced-30 points [No skill can be above Advanced]
Trained- 42 points [Can have only 1 Master ranked skill]
Advanced-56 points [Can have only 3 Master ranked skills]
Master-[Master on all skills]
